IES photometry files allow users to model the approximate light levels from downlight models and light sources, with
varying lamp wattages (or lumen packages) and beam spreads. To determine the performance of a selected
light source in a specific trim, select the file describing the desired light source and trim.
Beam spread is determined where outer candlepower levels are 50% of the center beam candlepower (nadir).
To obtain uniform illumination between fixtures, the maximum spacing between luminares should
not exceed the diameter of the beam spread.
